Walls to prepare ready for plastering; remove existing wallpaper, wash, scrape and apply unibond coat. To remove efflorescence and extract moisture where washing machine has been leaking. Once the new plastering is complete to primer mist coat and apply x2 full coats of 'magnolia' vinyl matt emulsion.
Ceilings, coving & frieze all surfaces strip existing wallpaper ready for plastering and apply full coat of unibond. Once the plastering has dried to apply a primer mist coat and x2 coats of white emulsion.
Woodwork to include all doors & frames, window sills, skirting boards, stair case and stair strings to prepare surfaces, sugar soap & abrade, spot prime, undercoat and topcoat in a brilliant white oil based eggshell.
Radiator pipes below the new rads to primer undercoat and topcoat in white eggshell. The new radiators to protect and wipe clean.
Plastering in all rooms including study to board up the wall cupboard. Once the exposure work is complete ie. All wallpaper coverings have been removed then at that stage the Plasterer will be able to confirm any additional cost such as the ceiling may require new plaster boards or that the existing plaster in some areas is so loose that may require additional work to remove and have a bonding coat prior to plaster skim. Any additional works would be brought to your attention immediately. Some surface areas in good condition may be retained.
